Lorraine Wuillamey is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. While there she received the Shifflin Award for Culinary Excellence. After graduating from the CIA Lorraine interned at the River Café in New York City. For the following ten years she worked as a Chef at New York restaurants before starting Lorraine’s Table LLC in 2001.
