About the Chef
Lorraine is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park N.Y. where she was also the recipient of the Shifflin Award for Culinary Excellence. After graduating from the CIA she worked as a chef in New York City for 10 years before starting Lorraine’s Table.
