Lorraine’s Table Sample Menu

These are a few of the meals I've prepared for my clients. I hope it will give you a sense of my style however, I will be glad to prepare what ever you wish, from a simple meatloaf to stuffed Filet Mignon. Personalized catering for special events, like holiday dinners, cocktail parties, baby showers, birthdays and luncheons. I provide the food, service, and clean up and will work with you to create a truly special event that you can actually enjoy along with your guests.
  • Herb Roast chicken breast w/ oven dried tomatoes, olives, garlic and balsamic w/ truffle roasted potatoes & sautéed spinach
  • Country style chicken with peppers, onions, mushrooms, sausage & potatoes
  • Shredded Chicken with coconut milk, lemongrass, ginger, sweet bell peppers, & onions w/ basmati rice
  • Spicy Lamb meatballs in garlicy tomato sauce, eggplant caponata & pearl cous cous
  • Pork Tenderloin with cherry pepper ragout, orzo risotto and broccoli rabe
  • Pork Loin with caramelized apples, onions, apple cider & thyme au jus, whipped sweet potatoes & haricot vert

  • Halibut in kaffir lime ginger broth w/ baby bok choy and shitake mushroom sauté, brown rice w/ scallion & coconut

  • Pineapple bbq Shrimp, zucchini & corn sauté, texamati rice with black beans

  • Cabbage stuffed w/ salmon.scallop & dill mousse, fennel broth, saffron new potatoes
  • Cod Baked with lemon, oregano,potatoes & tomato
  • Honey Dijon Salmon, swiss chard, wild   mushroom barley pilaf
  • Paella with chicken, chorizo, shrimp & scallops
  • Oregano & lemon marinated Red Snapper with roasted tomatoes, onions, calamata olives, herb orzo with feta and green beans
  • Chilean Sea Bass steamed in banana leaf with red pepper curry sauce, plantains and basmati rice
  • Blackened Salmon with whipped sweet potatoes & collard greens
  • Braised Pork braciole in rich tomato gravy with herb orzo
  • Vegetable Lasagna pinwheels with spinach, mushrooms, zucchini & four cheeses in tomato basil sauce.
