How It Works

First

I will set up a consultation to discuss your culinary preferences and your dietary restrictions. We will also decide what kind of storage containers will work best for you.

Next

I will create a selection of customized menus based on our conversation and send them to you for your approval. Once you have chosen a menu, we will agree on a day to cook. If you prefer, I can prepare your meals off premise and deliver them to you.

Then

I will shop for your ingredients at the best sources available and bring them to your kitchen for preparation. Once I have prepared everything you’ve ordered, I will clean up and leave your kitchen as I found it, leaving you a copy of the bill and reheating instructions. You can decide which meals you want to refrigerate and which ones you want to freeze to enjoy later in the week.

Personal Chef Services Rates

The meal plan packages below are the most popular. If you don't see a plan that suits your needs, I will customize one that does. Lorraine's Table charges a cooking fee for the day plus the cost of groceries, giving you the greatest flexibility in planning your meals. A custom quote will be provided for meal plans involving more than 4 entrees or servings. All entrees are accompanied by appropriate side dishes.

Fee includes:

Fee does not include: Storage containers; you can decide what works best for you, disposable or reusable containers.
