Cooking Classes
Classes are based on individualized curriculums and use recipes that I have tested to provide detailed, hands-on instruction that can be tailored to any level of interest or expertise.
Cooking Parties
Hands on dinner parties at which I teach certain cooking techniques or cuisines while, at the same time, provide an occasion to entertain. You and your guests have the option to participate or just watch. Afterwards, you can sit down and enjoy your company and your dinner. I teach guests to make hors d’oeuvres; have wine and cheese tasting parties, pasta parties or full coarse dinners.
Gift Certificates
Run out of gift ideas? Treat someone you know to a personal chef. Whether it is a dinner party for 4 or meals for the week, it is a luxury and a gift that they will never forget. I will consult with the recipient and tailor a menu to their taste. A gift certificate makes a great gift for a baby shower or bridal shower.
