made with St. Lois cut ribs & pork shoulder, potatoes, daikon radish, Korean sweet potatoes & cabbage flavored with Gochugaru(Korean chili powder), doenjang (fermented bean paste), ginger & garlic served with steamed basmati rice & sweet pickled cabbage slaw as a garnish.  *this is a medium spicy dish and cannot be made not spicy. *can be made with brown rice, Dairy Free, contains gluten in the bean paste.
