made with caramelized onion and mashed potatoes, breaded and lightly fried served with grainy mustard horseradish sauce, julienne zucchini, carrots & yellow squash with lemon zest and herbs.
layered with pesto, roasted peppers, mozzarella & parmesan in tomato basil sauce.
topped with lamb ragout & fontina cheese, over orzo & farro with parsley, tomato & garlic.
